What happens after the demo?

Delivery
How long does delivery take?
Standard delivery is typically 5–7 working days once we finalise everything with Vorwerk UK. I’ll keep you informed with tracking updates.
Is in-person installation available?
I offer in-home onboarding in London and the South East. Virtual onboarding is available everywhere.
What if I change my mind?
You’re covered by a 14-day cooling-off period plus Vorwerk’s extended warranty for peace of mind.

Cookidoo® hosts 85,000+ guided recipes accessible directly on the TM7 screen. I’ll also send curated collections tailored to your tastes.
Can I cook without guided recipes?
Yes, switch to Manual or Scales mode for freestyle cooking. The TM7’s heat, time, and speed controls are always available.
Is cleaning complicated?
Not at all. The TM7 bowl, lid, and accessories are dishwasher safe. Use the pre-clean mode for quick rinses between recipes.
Technical support
What happens if I need repairs?
Vorwerk UK provide dedicated service centres. I’ll help arrange shipping and paperwork if anything goes wrong.
Will my TM7 receive updates?
Yes, software updates are delivered over Wi-Fi, bringing new modes, recipes, and improvements regularly.
