What is a demo?: You cook a real meal with the machine in your own kitchen, around what you already eat, and then you eat it. Around two hours. The formats and lengths are here.

A sentence is enough. The menu is built around that rather than around a script.

We cook it in your kitchen

You run the machine. Bring whoever you like; most people make an evening of it.

You eat, and then you decide

Or you decide nothing at all. Plenty of people book, enjoy the meal and say no, which is a perfectly good outcome.
