Who is responsible for your information

Thermomixbella is the trading name of Isabella Spreafico, an independent Thermomix Advisor based in Twickenham, South West London, who is the data controller for the information described here. Thermomixbella operates from a private residence, so no street address is published. For anything relating to your information, including a request for a postal address, email Isabella.spreafico@gmail.com.

What we collect

When you submit a form on this site we collect only what that form asks for:

• Demo and contact enquiries: your name, email address, phone number, postcode, preferred date and time, how many guests you expect, whether you want an in-person or virtual demo, and anything you write in the message box.
• Advisor enquiries: your name, email address, location and the background you choose to share.
• Newsletter sign-up: your email address only.

We do not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking on this site.

Why we use it, and on what basis

Enquiry details are used to reply to you and arrange a demo. The lawful basis is taking steps at your request before entering a contract. Newsletter emails are sent only where you have separately opted in, and that consent can be withdrawn at any time.

Ticking the enquiry consent box lets us reply to your enquiry. It does not sign you up to marketing, which is a separate, optional choice.

Who else sees it

Form submissions are delivered through Formspree, which processes them on our behalf and is based in the United States. The site is hosted by Netlify. Your enquiry goes to Isabella and no one else. It is not passed to Vorwerk, to any other advisor, or to any third party for their own marketing, and it is never sold.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not lead to a purchase are deleted after 24 months. Where you go on to buy a Thermomix, we keep your details for as long as we are supporting you with it, so that we can help with recipes, servicing questions and warranty matters. Newsletter subscribers are kept until they unsubscribe. You can ask us to delete your details at any time and we will do so unless we are required to keep them.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, object to how we use it, or withdraw consent. Email the address above and we will respond within one month. If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.

Unsubscribing

Every newsletter email carries an unsubscribe link. You can also email us and we will remove you.
