How to buy a Thermomix TM7 in the UK
No shop sells it. There are two authorised ways to buy one, the price is the same everywhere, and one of the two ways comes with a person.

Online, direct from Vorwerk

The same machine, plus a £25 online processing fee.
Vorwerk permit no discounting, so no advisor can beat that figure and none can be beaten by it. What differs between advisors is who teaches you to use it and who answers the phone six months later.
Anywhere else is not authorised. Vorwerk's own page warns against marketplace listings, because a machine bought that way may carry no warranty or support. If a price looks better than £1,349, that is the reason.

A demo is free, takes around two hours in your kitchen, and nobody is asked to decide on the day. If you already know, say so and we skip it.

Delivered, set up, and cooking
Vorwerk deliver free, usually within 3 to 5 working days, with a two-year warranty and spare parts and support for up to ten years. I come back for the setup and the first recipes, and I am the person you call months later.

- No. Most people want one before spending £1,349, and it is free, but if you already know, the order goes straight in.
- How long does delivery take?
- Usually 3 to 5 working days, free, delivered by Vorwerk.
